I ordered from this restaurant tonight on 26/03/2021 and got a couple of meals. One of the meals was a zinger chicken burger, but after just one bite I found it to be gritty and grisly, which made me feel sick. I called the restaurant to let them know that my burger wasn't very good and asked if they could replace it if I brought it back. The person I spoke to said she needed to check with Sam. I agreed to bring the burger back, but when I arrived, I was told that there was nothing wrong with it. Instead, I was given a refund of £5 even though I paid £7 for my meal. The chips on the kitchen counter were getting cold. When I requested another burger, I was told to go somewhere else.
First time at Manny's Simply Delicious, title didn't really deliver. Ordered a selection of dishes, the tikka, wings, chicken strips and a wrap. It may be cause of Covid and it did say, but it was a good 30 mins late, they did update us that the delivery would be delayed. Unfortunately with this delivery the food was cold, the cheesy chips were not great. Chicken, luke warm at best. I found the dishes very salty, it's a shame but with the cold food, it was not the best.
Undercooked chicken EVEN after being told the food would be delivered in an hour instead took 2 hours yet the chicken was undercooked and all the sauces were missing for the second time now. To top it off the management was rude when making complaint. I wouldn’t bother going back there again. Absolutely appalling. For anyone else keep away as far as possible.
The new Indian owner has an attitude problem. When inquiring about the food they offer, I was rudely told to leave the shop with a dismissive response of "No, not having." The owner needs to improve their attitude. Additionally, the food was not great, to be honest. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

The food is awful and cold, and the staff are rude and disrespectful. I usually don't like to complain, but the prices are completely outrageous for the poor quality.
I love the food here, it's always delicious and the staff is friendly and funny. I've never been disappointed.
