I love the interior of this restaurant bar ,its as traditional as it gets, beautiful tiled floor, a solid wood serving bar, stone layered walls ,great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this place both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Avenida Federico Garcia Lorca . My twin brother Stephen and I were pub and bar hopping around the wonderful Arroyo De La Miel district when we decided to drop into Manolo ,a tavern we always look forward to visiting on any holiday to this sun drenched resort we take. A traditional Spanish tavern ,interior is superb,main room dominated by a cool looking serving bar,dark wood features ,chunky wooden tables and chairs ,nice tiled features,it's just a great tavern to chill out in. We have seen but never eaten in this restaurant during many years of holidays in this area. Now, in the last 3 days we have eaten there twice! There is an a la carte menu and menu of the day, which unusually is served in the evening too. On our first visit we ate from the menu of the day which was plentiful and delicious. We noted from the a la carte that the paella had to be ordered the day before, so this we did. It was the best tasting paella we have ever eaten, such wonderful flavours and more than enough for two. This is a restaurant with which I am familiar for many years. We used to often visit as a family when our now-adult children were young. It was always wonderful with attentive service and great menu and food quality. I recently visited alone and all remains good. Highly recommended!
