After a few minutes we were able to ask another saleswoman if the dear lady was coming back. The reaction was a smile with the comment that we should queue again because she wasn't coming back. As soon as we started queuing, a second saleswoman opened the cash register again and called the people behind us to her. The employees on the beauty floor are very unmotivated and are always watching you, especially in the perfume department and in the makeup department you are constantly followed around. It got to the point when me and my friends were harassed by an employee while we were looking at an Essence product. We opened it without realizing it wasn't a tester when one of the employees got in our faces and yelled at us loudly, incompetently and ignorantly about the situation
I bought a PS5 and when I put a CD in it I found that the drive was defective. I brought it back with a guarantee and then they say they need a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks. I go there again to find out about the status of the PS5 and suddenly I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks. I'm not even given anything to confirm that I dropped off the PS5 there. It's just really tedious because the PS5 was a Christmas present and now I have to wait about 2 months.
