We like to substitute the items that are not big winners for us like tai dop voi....no one is really a fan so we pay the extra for some lemon chicken. YUM! I like the chicken chop suey. Everything fried is in a nice deep fried batter...not too greasy--sweet and sour chicken, the shrimp....we all like that. We also swap out the fried rice for thin lo mein noodles. Went in about 8:30pm when the place was closing at 10:00pm. Was craving oriental food, unfortunately, McDonald's satisfied my hunger. Cook staff and employees acknowledged me at the counter, but no one came to take my order. They seemed to be having a better time in the back talking amongst themselves. Waited between 2-5 minutes and walked out since the place was so busy with zero patrons inside. No wonder the place has no customers in there. They lost my business and I will spread the word. They will never get any future business from me! Very angry and disappointed since I too am in the service industry. If they treat their customers like this, I wonder how they survive!!!

I just ordered a dinner for 2A with a General Tso Chicken and did NOT get the General Tso Chicken. When I called the restaurant back to explain that they didn't give it to us, the lady on the phone started yelling at me that she packed the dinner herself. She didn't let me get a word in and hung-up on me!!! Talk about extremely terrible customer service! I tried to call them back and they let the call go to voicemail. Save your money and your time, try another more authentic Chinese restaruant.

The restaurant itself is small, and appears to be best suited for individuals popping in on their lunch break or small groups. I always order take out and delivery as I am within their range, and the food is always arrives hot and fresh. Delivery times are typically within the hour, if not sooner. This is my go-to place when I crave Chinese food, and staff are very nice to deal with.

I have been ordering from them for a long time but lately the food is not that good. This time it was the worst ever. The rice tasted burnt . The rest of the food tasted like left overs and reheated . The fried foods...were tasted like old reused fried oil. It will be the last time we order from there,

I've been getting takeout from here for at least the last 5 years. They never dissappoint. The food is always fresh and full of flavour. The best hot and sour soup I've ever had. The service has always been good. I've ordered both ahead of time, and directly by walking in and never an issue.
