Maple Street Biscuit Company Brentwood

One of my families favorite places for breakfast when we are traveling is Maple Street Biscuit Company.This was our first time at this location and while the food was absolutely perfect, like always, the atmosphere was lacking that normal “communal/family” atmosphere. The staff wasn’t as upbeat as other locations….maybe it was just because it was a Sunday.Nonetheless, I would absolutely recommend everyone come by and try this amazing food! My favorite (shown in the photo) is the Squawking Goat. Hands down best thing on the menu. It was recommended to me by a staff member in Jacksonville Florida, and while I have had many other items, this is my “go to”.

Major food safety concerns.Prep person touching assembling food with bare hands.Prep cool walking from cook area with eggs on spatula- bring to prep area.Dirty floors.Kitchen team wearing dirty soiled shirts and no aprons.Prep person picking up product and eating it over prep area.I ordered the cowboy and the biscuits were cold, cheese was cold and sweating . Way to much sauce. Just bad all the way around.Not sure what 's going on with food safety training but it 's lacking here significantly.

Popped in for a quick bite, ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Cost 5 and change, whatever, it’s Nashville. Not terribly busy but not slow either. Took them around 20 minutes to bring me a single piece of sausage on a biscuit. Food was fine, but not “5 bucks for a biscuit and a piece of mediocrely seasoned meat after 20 minutes” fine.Edit: it was just sausage and a biscuit, the egg and cheese was not included even though the cashier repeated my correct order back to me.

This is a great place!Not only is the food delicious, the customer service is excellent. These are genuinely nice people that clearly love what they do. I ordered the cowboy. Country fried steak, bacon, cheddar, egg, and sausage gravy.Absolutely delicious!!Slightly spicy, extremely flavorful.I will be coming back tomorrow!Parking: There is parking next to the restaurant but I'm sure it fills up quickly as it is just a few spots. Both the coffee and the biscuit and gravy were barely warm. The gravy was already congealed when they brought it out. The only real heat came from the spicy news. The coffee was weak and barely warm. Maybe the food and coffee are better during breakfast hours than noon, but not wasting more money to find out. While the staff was friendly and fast would not recommend this location.

Had the chicken and waffles and an iced coffee. Chicken was tender, waffles were fluffy, and coffee was strong. Everything was great, almost too much to finish. The hostess/waitress even sent me over a sweet biscuit since it was my first time there.

Why does it day 2 biscuits when you only get one?? When you say pepper bacon WOW!!! I believe it should be spicy bacon. All good tho. Just feel I paid more money then I should've. If I knew it was one biscuit I would've never paid $10.40

Everything was good, but not amazing. No real issues, I just wasn't wowed with the food or the service. Biscuits were pretty standard for a place that should have amazing biscuits.I'd eat here again, but again overall pretty standard. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

It's a great place to grab a hot breakfast meal that still allows you to finish eating within 30 minutes of ordering. Highly recommend the chicken sandwiches!

Everything is great. If you are super hungry get the potatoes O'Brian bowl. It is huge. Could easily be shared by two. Biscuits and gravy are
