I visited this restaurant for the first time and found that the decor was more appealing than the overall experience. The prices seemed quite high; for example, a side of two eggs costs $8, while a slightly more substantial meal is only $11. There were no combo options or special deals available. When we arrived, the place was mostly empty, yet our server struggled to attend to us. Other customers who came in after us were promptly served water and given menus, while we were left wondering where our server had gone. We weren't checked on even once until we received the bill. I understand that staffing issues can occur, but with such a sparse crowd, it was a bit disappointing.
I ordered two breakfasts for delivery, but the potato pancakes I received were dense and tasted stale, while my husband's pancakes just didn't seem quite right. When I called to share my concerns, Cathy asked me to come in and bring the pancakes so she could remake them. However, I opted for delivery for a reason. While I appreciate the effort, this experience has left me reluctant to order delivery again. It seems like there might be new cooks in the kitchen, and if the food quality wasn't an issue, Cathy's attitude certainly contributed to my disappointment.
The food was underwhelming. I ordered the biscuits and gravy skillet, but it came out cold. The eggs were the only part that was somewhat warm, though even they were just okay. The biscuits were bland, and the gravy lacked flavor. Instead of our waitress, a busboy ended up serving us. He was very pleasant, but the rest of the staff seemed inattentive and the restaurant appeared understaffed. Overall, my experience was disappointing. Although the building has a modern look, I left feeling dissatisfied and don’t intend to come back.
The food was truly fantastic! We arrived at 9 PM on a Saturday and were pleasantly surprised that there was no wait at all. We ordered several different dishes, and both the cinnamon French toast and the Denver omelet (with extra cheese) were highlights. Each dish is served in generous portions, so you certainly won't leave feeling hungry!

I was searching for a quick lunch option and I'm really glad I chose this Pancake House. I was seated promptly, my order was taken quickly, and my meal arrived in just a few minutes, all without feeling rushed. I have to say, the eggs, pancakes, and bacon were outstanding. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to others!
It's a pleasant breakfast spot. My dad enjoyed his steak because it was tender and easy to eat. The avocado toast was just okay; I wouldn't choose it again. My mom had the waffles, but she was surprised to find them topped with ice. The staff were very friendly and frequently checked in to see if we needed anything.
I visited Mapleberry for the first time in more than ten years and decided to try the 2x2+, which comes with two pancakes topped with glazed apples and two sausage links. I also ordered a double shot of espresso.
