We live nearby and often come here for ice cream as my kids love it. Today, on Sunday, Feb 4th, we came here with other friends who have never tried this place before. The service was slow, 2 girls were working. 2pm The girl that was making my ice cream totally missed most of the ingredients: I saw it when I got my cone. when I asked her if she put chocolate fudge syrup in it, she said no, then I asked if she put marshmallows, she said no. I told her but they were supposed to be in my ice cream? She said yes. I was starting to get really angry, she didn’t say sorry or even tried to be nice. Just plain no and yes. The kind of ice cream place where they mix topping with the ice cream together. I got the raspberry cheesecake ice cream cone which was super good. I went there to redeem my free small ice cream cone for my birthday that you can get if you sign up for their “marble mail” club on their website. The first time we came to order banana split, the server offered without creamer. The second time the server offered spoiled bananas. This is the worst ice cream shop in Vancouver. Don’t waste your time coming to this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
