I decided I wanted pizza for lunch today but not a regular, ol chain pizza like the big names. I wanted a good, handmade, authentic pizza from some hole in the wall ristorante. You know what I’m talking about, the kind of pizza with the perfect amount of sauce, extra cheesy, real pepperoni, and so hot you’ll burn the roof of your mouth.
