I have been ordering pizza exclusively from this restaurant for years home, work, parties, etc. I always do use the app. Never had an incident even with very large orders for parties around holidays. This evening I ordered 2 pizzas on the app, with my order confirmation correctly showing an $8.99 one topping special with a second cheese pizza with added toppings below it. I got to the store and there was 1 pizza only with the guy at the counter saying I had a single $8.99 pizza special with $15.00 of extra toppings This would, of course, be idiotic. I concede there was perhaps a problem on the app. Though I do not believe this to be true, I would even concede I made a mistake operating a sim...
I placed a pickup order. When I got home realized they charged me for a cheesy bread I called the store. She was extremely rude and argued with me that I did say cheesy bread I know. I took it back five of them were huddled around the register laughing being smart aleck for no reason. It makes no sense why I was treated this way over simply asking to refund the cheesy bread that I took back to the store.
The person at the counter provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. However, I found the pizza and sub to be somewhat lacking. The pizza had an unfavorable crust-to-topping ratio, with too much crust. Additionally, the bread of the sub was quite hard.
This is the most amazing pizza I've ever had! It's great to see a taste of the North (Canada) making its way down South with those delicious sliced green olives. It's the perfect remedy for any salt craving, bursting with fantastic flavor. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The manager was extremely friendly and effectively resolved the issue we encountered. Additionally, the delivery driver was exceptional, bringing us delicious hot food in no time.
We had an excellent experience with both the pizza and the service at Marco's Pizza. This was our first visit, and we were thoroughly impressed!
Pizza was delicious but a bit pricy. Didn't go inside so don't know about atmosphere but guy in drive thru was nice.
