Mare Sol - Tisch resevieren

We visited Mare Sol in the charming city of LaGrange, Georgia, with a group of six to celebrate a friend's birthday. We arrived early for Happy Hour, knowing that reservations can be tough to secure. Our server, Jen, was incredibly patient as we asked numerous questions about the menu. Our food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. We discovered this restaurant while driving and were pleased to find that making a reservation online was a breeze. Our table was ready within five minutes of our early arrival. The server was very helpful in suggesting dishes, and when my daughter wasn’t happy with her first choice, she promptly brought out another option for her. Everything we ordered, from drinks to our meals, was made with fresh, mostly local ingredients, and we even noticed fresh herbs growing on the patio. We will definitely return on our next trip!

Well the food wasn 't good but it was expensive! Ordered a cup of lobster bisque. BARELY lukewarm but $12.00. The hanger steak was described by the server as the most tender portion of the beef tenderloin. Half way through the meal she observed mydifficulty cutting the most tender portion to ask if I wanted a steak knife! $24.00. It had a flavor totally foreign to anybeef I 've ever tried and wasn 't a taste I hope to experience again. Very disappointed in our experience there. The server waspersonable and efficient.

It was a very busy night, and the restaurant seemed quite understaffed. Our waiter was excellent, but she was really stretched thin. The food was quite good. However, the noise level was very high, making it difficult to hear each other. Additionally, the tables were small, which made it challenging to fit plates, silverware, and drinks for four people. I absolutely love Mare Sol! Even after the chef change, the menu seems to have only improved. The service and food are exceptional, and I've never had anything I didn't enjoy. It's a fantastic local restaurant that everyone—both tourists and locals—should visit! My current favorite is the Southwest Smash Burger; it's the best burger I've ever had!

Food was ok. My salmon was over cooked and dry. My date got the flat iron steak it didn't taste like it had been marinated enough, would of been better with some char on it. We sat at the bar and bartender was hardly ever there ther not sure if she was working other side or what was going on. Mill give it another try before not going back.

This is a lovely restaurant located in a charming historic downtown area. The grilled pork chop, along with its sides, was exceptional! Our kids enjoyed grilled cheese and tomato soup, and I must say that the tomato soup was among the best I’ve ever tasted. I would certainly return when I'm in this area again.
