I have been working near Margaritas Mexican Grill for the past six years, and I've had the pleasure of dining there many times. I can confidently say that I look forward to many more visits in the future. Whether it’s my passion for Mexican cuisine or the convenience of its location near my workplace, I would gladly travel a distance just to savor their delicious meals. The restaurant has a delightful old-school vibe that always puts me at ease. The service is outstanding, with the staff ensuring that the chips and salsa are always topped up. I love this restaurant. The food is amazing. I go here with family and friends for birthday and special events. however they have started charging differently based on if you pay with card or cash. 1985, California passed Civil Code section 1748.1 that prohibited merchants from adding a surcharge (an extra fee) when customers pay by credit card instead of cash. However Margaritas illegally charges 4% for credit cards and asks for cash which is illegal under CA state law. Have triggered the state to audit this business's billing practice and won't support businesses that violate our state laws.
I used to visit this restaurant often because the food and service were always excellent. However, I stopped going after they started charging extra for credit card payments. I think accepting credit cards is an essential part of running a business and can help draw in more customers. Unfortunately, I've seen more places adopting this practice lately. Maybe I should start tipping less and suggesting that they absorb the cost of credit card transactions instead of passing it on to customers with a surcharge.
I visited Margaritas Mexican Grill today and was very disappointed. The food was awful—bland and unappetizing. The steak fajitas were overcooked and had a rubbery texture, while the enchiladas lacked any flavor. On top of that, the service was poor; the staff ignored us and never offered refills. Considering the high prices, the quality and service didn’t justify the cost. There are many smaller restaurants nearby with much better food and service. I won’t be returning.

We consistently pick this restaurant when we're in the mood for Mexican cuisine. There’s rarely a wait for a table; we’re typically seated immediately. The drinks are fantastic, featuring a great selection of draft beer and a well-stocked bar. The margaritas are particularly outstanding. The food is consistently prepared to perfection and is always fresh. We’ve never had a bad experience here, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.
Margaritas Mexican Grill exceeded our expectations with fantastic service and even better food! Visiting from out of town, we weren’t sure what to expect, but the entire experience was excellent. The menu offers generous portions that definitely satisfy.
We absolutely love Margaritas! We discovered it less than a year ago and now visit at least once a month. The food is fantastic, and the leftovers are just as delicious. The fajitas are definitely the highlight!
The Sunday brunch is a bit delayed, but the variety offered is perfect even for the most selective diners. You won’t be disappointed. The service is consistently excellent.
