Right from when we entered the restaurant, most staff was snarly, we were told on a rather rude tone to sit outside. We didn’t mind sitting outside, however the tone of voice rubbed us the wrong way. Most staff was unwelcoming and cold, perhaps because we’re young and were not going to order a bottle of wine (they were rather welcoming and warm to the couple seated at the table next to us, surprise surprise, they ordered a bottle). One waiter was very nice, we didn’t catch his name but he had tattoos on his fingers. I have been coming here for 5+ years. The food has never wavered and has good value. Sadly, the service continues to decline. I don't believe it is a failing of the staff who are super, just a training and management issue. When I look around and most glasses are empty, dirty plates just aged on the tables with nobody looking after the customers, no upsell/refill/dessert/coffee offered. This place must be losing a lot of revenue opportunities. Each time, I am more disappointed compared to the first visits, but to be fair, lowering my expectations keeps me coming back for the food, which is fine. Bring your patience and you will be ok.
We arrived with no reservation and were quickly seated. As the menus were provided we were then told we had t be finished by 9 for another reservation- it was already 8.10pm !! Food was actually good but we felt like they just wanted us to eat quickly, pay and go. The person who appeared to be the owner and who seated us was at the door when we left and essentially ignored us. Shame as the reviews of the food are accurate but felt like we just had an expensive fast food meal. Would have rather they were honest and we could have relaxed in a different restaurant.
Excellent Pizza. Cooked the way we asked for it. There were 8 of us 6 had pizza and we all asked for them to be cooked different and items taken off or added and the waiter wrote nothing down at the time of taking our order. All came out perfect. They were busy, but we (party of 4) were seated immediately and the owner/staff were very attentive and super friendly. The food/drinks were fantastic! We had the lobster risotto, clam linguini, and a pizza. Highly recommend coming here.
Jean Paul was our waiter and was beyond amazing!!!! We had pizza and both of them were delicious. Definitely recons going to this place.
The staff was wonderful and the meal outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and best of all, everything was very reasonable.

This is a fantastic restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food! Family friendly great for kids. Would highly recommend.
