My partner and I and our son spent a few days in Mirmande on our way to Antibles and the hotel recommended we try Margot. We are vegetarian and the hotel host called ahead and ask that the chef assist us with vegetarian meals. Very...small town allowing us to walk a few blocks to the restaurant. The hostess was so friendly and sat us on the terrace overlooking the street with a view of the mountains. The waitress spoke English, which helped quite a bit in this town. If you want to waste your money (we wasted €205) then dine here! True that it’s set in a beautiful French village but all that is inconsequential when you meet the steely, rude and arrogant woman in charge. From the moment we arrived the ambience...was cold and disagreeable and it remained so throughout. The starters arrived and one of the components was missing and then the waitress brought it after my colleagues had finished their meal. The mains we just very average, and the desserts again poorly executed. All in all we would never ever return and seriously if you’re interested in good food and service then avoid at all costs! Rubbish! Rude, aggressive.
Beautiful terrace. Friendly service. The Côte d'Agneau with mushrooms and sweet patatoe was almost cold when served. Fortunately, we were not asked to drink something so that we could limit the costs to EUR 19.50 per person. What was still too much for what we... forgot.

We stayed one night in the beautiful Mirmande and had a wonderful meal at the Restaurant Margot. The environment is fantastic and the food was very good. The staff was nice and accommodating, which made our visits very pleasant.
