The tortas and tacos are good; however, there were some issues. They didn’t have any toilet paper in the restroom, and when I asked about napkins, they said they couldn’t provide them because they would get in trouble. It’s disappointing to see a restaurant with tasty food but lacking in basic hospitality like toilet paper and the ability to offer napkins, which are essential for good service. They didn’t seem interested in addressing these concerns.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service was awful! On my way to work, I discovered that nearly everything I wanted to order from the menu was unavailable. After finally managing to place an order, I ended up waiting over 45 minutes. Because of this experience, I was extremely late for work.
I have a feeling this place has the best food in the area, but I'll never find out because as soon as I spoke English, they hung up on me. I tried calling twice, but it didn’t work out. Well, at least Taco Rico came through for me!
The food was really poor, and the horchata I was served tasted like spoiled water. I mentioned it to them, but they acted as if I hadn’t said anything at all and didn't address my concerns. I ended up leaving it untouched. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food is excellent! If you don’t enjoy it, there’s no need to have a negative opinion about the restaurant. If the cuisine isn’t to your taste, simply choose not to dine there. It's that simple!
I would give this restaurant a perfect 5/5! The atmosphere was absolutely delightful. The warm and inviting ambiance made it the perfect backdrop for a fantastic dining experience.
The food is authentic, flavorful, and fresh, and Amanda offers outstanding service. The prices are excellent!
