I do not recommend this place at all. It’s the 3rd time trying to go there since is really near my house but it was the last too. I waited 45 minutes for my order (that I didn’t received after all) and I had to ask why the delay , while I was seeing other tables getting served and they got there after me. They gave me two excuses. The first one was that they didn’t have the vegan pasta for the pancakes and the other one was that they had a problem with the fridge. I ask for the complaint book , and after some time the supervisor called Cadu , gave me the book and I asked “please can you borrow me a pen?” , he was so rude , he didn’t even looked at me , he just turned around instantly and ans...
Really bad service. I went for the second time to give a chance but was not worthy. On booth times the service took ages to arrive and when I asked they have always excuses. This second time was worst. I asked for the food after 45minutes waiting and the excuse was that there was no vegan pasta and the were trying to solve the problem. How can this take so long and why do they not told me about it? Second, after more 15minutes and other table being served I ask for the bill and the complain book. When the supervisor brought the book (even without trying to understand why we are complaining! we asked kindly for a pen and they answer was rude and aggressive. The service here is terrible. The staff are stressed and didn’t give us a menu. They were arguing whilst we were there. They were dishonest when we asked about how long our food would take as we had a flight to catch and it took a long time to come. the energy was very stressful and the food was okay the eggs were undercooked! Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
Sábado às 14h sem reserva, consegui sentar sem ter que esperar. O espaço é agradável e o atendimento simpático e rápido. Provei o menu brunch com extra ovos. A comida é bem servida por isso acabei por achar que não devia ter pedido os ovos. Para mim a grande estrela foi a tosta de salmão, visualmente apelativa e estava deliciosa. Comer crepes em lisboa é habitualmente , sinónimo de pagar excesivamente para o conteúdo. Neste local encontrámos um equilíbrio perfeito preço-qualidade-quantidade e com zomato gold melhor ainda!!! O espaço é acolhedor e o atendimento simpático. Super recomendo!<br/ <br/ Ps. Se vai até aqui visite o miradouro da Graça! :
Cremes e panquecas muito boas pelo menos as que escolhemos estavam top! Já os sumos naturais e smoothies deixam um pouco a desejar, não justificam o preço face ao apresentado!<br/>A música também poderia estar com um volume mais baixo, pois estava demasiado elevada!
Delicious plus visually aesthetic food, friendly service, great prices. Undoubtedly one of the best brunches I've ever had. We went two times within our short stay in Lisbon. Can only strongly recommend this place.

Great brunch spot on Graça high street. We ordered pancakes, two different ways and they were great. Wide range of drinks too including a blue coffee which was a nice novelty.
