I have been coming to this place for many years. About 20 years now. I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff and the food is very good...I have been around the world and have had plenty of dining experience. It's a,perfect little romantic dinner place, and if you have a larger party you may be tight, but it's worth it. I'm picky. I order things not on the menu. If they have the ingredients...they have done a great job in the past. It's not a huge place so please make a reservation and enjoy!!!Dietary restrictions: I AM SUCH A PICKY EATER. Don't sleep on this gem of a restaurant. You feel like family the moment you step through the door, and watching others come in, I'm pretty sure it was 95 repeat customers that the owner and servers know by name, which is telling in and of itself. The menu hits all the right dishes and everyone in our party loved their meals. I had the Walleye and it was excellent. Ambiance is charming a small, intimate dining area. Service was 6 out of 5 stars. Will be back!
Wow….this is the best authentic Italian restaurant in the area. Highly recommended. The staff acts as one and is truly a team and family. Our waiter was Cody, and his attention to detail was impeccable. Call ahead for reservations as this is truly a highly sought after restaurant. All homemade food, not the microwave stuff others serve.
Went for the veal mare )my favorite and cannot find anyone doing that sauce),The sauce was amazing but the veal was heavily coated, very small filets and not pounded. They used to sell with shrimp on top we had to pay and have it put on.So the sauce was worth the drive but we were very disappointed in the veal preparation . Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Great local Italian spot. Food and service have always been satisfactory. I would say if you are doing take out, check your order before you leave.The truffle gnocchi is an absolute must try. The little Italy salad and penne from heaven are also great.
We all had a piccata of some variety. I had veal and lobster. I found the food to be good but not great. The lemon in the sauce was overpowering. My opinion is… for the money there are better authentic Italian restaurants.
Best restaurant I have been to in a long time. We enjoyed everything about this place. Food, Service ambiance. Staff were so nice. Will definitely be back !!!
