Tartare de bœuf eerder matig. Mosterd voorgelegd erin.. Niet m'n voorkeur vlees was goed, dik gesneden maar is French style bon. Frieten vers zeggen ze.. Kan maar vettig zacht druipend en plakkend... Zij waren fier op hun frieten. Niet voor deze Belgen.. Gebakken op te lage temperatuur?
