Simply disgusting. The spring-roll were ok, but the bean sprout were old and you could taste it! The red curry was bad. There was some raw pieces of zucchini and 3 tiny piece of meat. My chicken was only dark meat and I hate that. The rice was gooey, it felt like it was staying in The same pot for 3 days! My husband got the pad Thai, he said it’s tasteless and this was the worst pad Thai he ever had! The only good think was the peanut sauce! It was my first time trying marigold and I will definitely be back. First off, the pho was pho-nominal! I would’ve taken a pic but I ate it so fast there wasn’t time to even think of taking a pic lol. I did a take out order and it was ready within 10 mins! What a surprise to find authentic Vietnamese food in Utah, the food was delicious and the service was great! We will visit this restaurant again! Try the meatless curry, the tofu spring rolls and the spicy tofu stir fry!
