Die Marina an sich ist großartig, sauber, gut gepflegt, mit professionellem und kompetentem Personal, wenn Sie Bootsstunden nehmen oder jegliche Art von Wassersportausrüstung mieten möchten. Das Marina Seerestaurang hingegen hat kaltes, unfreundliches Personal. Nach meinen Stunden wollte ich mich hinsetzen und den Blick bei einem Kaffee genießen, wurde jedoch darauf hingewiesen, dass das Restaurant noch nicht geöffnet sei, während das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss bereits Frühstück für die Gäste des nahegelegenen Hotels servierte. If you go with car be aware that you will receive a parking fine although you are a guest of the restaurant. I tried to reach over several emails and phone calls. Once I reach them about the issue, they apologize and tell you that as a guest I should have not received the fine. They tell you that the responsible colleague will contact you which never happens. Second call, responsible colleague was not there and would call me back which never happens. Third time, they are unable to speak English and English speaking colleague would call me back which as you can expect never happens. I always liked this place for its location and the food. Service was always bad but I could live with it as the rest was enjoyable. This time the food was bland and lacked taste. The child’s dish was inedible, and went back untouched. Waiter didn’t care though, he didn’t even ask if everything was ok or if we liked the food or not maybe he new the answer already but please show a minimum of interest in your guests if a dish goes back completely untouched. Disappointing.
Das Restaurant hat den schlechtesten Service überhaupt. Wir haben diskriminierendes Verhalten erlebt, da wir Personen mit dunkler Hautfarbe waren. Nachdem wir fast eine Stunde auf einen Tisch gewartet haben, haben wir etwas auf den Lounge-Sofas bekommen, wo es sehr schwierig war zu essen, da wir auf dem Sofa saßen und das Essen auf dem Couchtisch stand. Nicht zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, aber es herrscht ein deutlicher Mangel an Respekt von einem der Kellner gegenüber den Gästen, was das Erlebnis völlig ruiniert. Sie sollten überprüfen, wen sie einstellen. PS. Ein bestimmtes älteres Personalmitglied reagierte feindselig, als ich mit meiner Kreditkarte bezahlt habe, was während der aktuellen Covid-19-Pandemie empfohlen wird.
A very beautiful location with the nice atmosphere but the taste of ice coffee was surprisingly disappointing. There was only cold water with ice cubes and the smell of coffee with a lot of cream. Definitely not the restaurant to indulge.
The bistro menu between lunch and dinner is very limited, but the food and drinks were very good and the service was extremely fast. The view is the best part though!
