Es una lástima, han perdido el encanto de la antigua venta, no se puede tratar a la clientela como si estuvieran en un aeropuerto revisando maletas. Conozco el local desde hace 30 años y cada vez lo veo en este sentido peor, una lástima, algunos platos están bien pero otros si los comparamos en cantidad y calidad con los de hace unos años dejan que desear. El servicio es atento y diligente, excepto cuando, lógicamente se llena. Pero nos sentaron en una mesa dentro junto a dos reuniones numerosas, cuando en la terraza o junto a la barra estaba todo más tranquilo y agradable. La carta era más bien pequeña para semejante restaurante, la variedad de cerveza inexistente. Comida bien, pero precio excesivo, porque tampoco eran platos gourmets. Precio, unos 30€ por cabeza.

Muy buen sitio, pedí menú y costo 11€ o 12€ no me acuerdo, si que es verdad que he ido a sitios que por ese precio los platos eran más grandes pero esta bien. De primero pedí salmorejo y de segundo pollo a la brasa que estaba un poco quemado, de bebida un tinto de verano y de postre pan de calatrava. Mi acompañante pidió de primero arroz con secreto y de segundo mero y de postre pan de calatrava.

Caballitos bien, ensaladilla bien, tigres bien, servicio bien, pero después llegó la pata de cabritillo que estaba chiclosa y fibrosa, encima acompañada con patatas al ajillo que no le pegan nada...
Carne a la brasa y patatas al montón. Excelentes tapas caseras. Buen servicio y precios. Aparcamiento propio. Totalmente recomendado
