I love this seafood restaurant. It's never too crowded, the food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It's like a hidden gem that not many people know about. I highly recommend trying the Tostada Mitotera - it has a little bit of everything. Be sure to add some of their homemade salsa for an extra kick. It always satisfies my cravings.
I traveled to Culiacan a few years back and I have always been chasing that marisco taste and flavor. I can say I have finally found it at Rafa's. The mixture if lime and shrimp base broth gives that unique flavor that is unmatched. To top it off they use quality marisco unlike so many of the so called marisco restaurants around.
Came here to order 8 tostadas de ceviche and had to spent 40 dollars!!! Ridiculous on the price also the ceviche de pescado was not fresh so we couldn't eat it..I don't mind paying for expensive food as long as I get my moneys worth and this place ain't it. Oh it's also cash only

After seeing pictures of their ceviche on Facebook I was so excited to try it. And it was AMAZING I had the shrimp ceviche and the Aguachile I didn't even want to share with my husband. LOL SO DELICIOUS
The owner, Rafa, will personally sit down with you and explain his passion for ensuring that you have an authentic 'Sinaloense' seafood style experience. Just trust me, it's worth it. Enjoy!
