after reading reviews to see if other customers have had horrible experiences, looks like a majority can relate to one thing.... this restaurant has terrible customer service. i was reminded why i never come here anymore, with my recent experience. if i was able to give this place ZERO stars, i would. today, i went through the drive through and attempted to order a plain cheese burger with fries and so i thought it would just be cheaper for me to get the combo that includes the drink. i thought wrong. after i ordered, the young woman on the headset told me my total was $18. i drove to the window but thought to myself why the price for a burger combo was so expensive and gave her the benefit...
Cashier got my order wrong, server wasn't friendly or even apologetic for the mistake, didn't offer to fix it only offered to charge me which is what I thought I had already done with the cashier. Food not so tasty. Their avocado burger doesn't come with cheese, which was my bad for assuming it would because all avocado burgers I have ordered at other places come with cheese. First and last visit here.
I can't really evaluate their food since I usually just come in to order salsa, which is delicious! The woman who is always there is very friendly. My mom often gets the caldo de res and absolutely loves it. The only downside I've noticed is that the air conditioning is either not on or set really low.
Great ceviche pescado, made according to my renal diet. With cucumbers instead of tomatoes. Great portion and able to feed up at least three people. The food is fresh. But expensive. I used to eat here all the time. Until a drive through employee named Airy, gave me an attitude with no cars in the drive through and no at the cashier counter. I would recommend Volcano burger down the street. Stay away from all Paul's Place

I've been looking for a place like this. It has all the flavors I grew up with. I extremely recommend it. I had tacos governador and camarones costa Azul. 5 stars.quality at its best ?
