I heard about The Market from a neighbour, who highly recommended it. In Hove there are a number of decent restaurants to choose from. The Market is definitely one of them, excellent food, wine selection, the staff are charming and always friendly. The ambiance is excellent. Spain is my favourite country and with covid The Market has been my savoir. Just don't book before me, so I can get a table.
involuntary, served in tables before us, although we had a reservation. the change of the waiter improved the experience, but the smell in the restaurant was of burned dirty oil, completely overwhelming could not wait to go. the whole food tasted deep fritted, could see the cooks that drank most food in the fattener. eat a lot of tapas and my wife is spanish, she was in shock, how bad it was.
market is a nice neighboring restaurant with good wine, eating and service. I love the fact that they can come for a fast glass and a bite or a more lush spread out for a good night and they wouldn't feel comfortable to just come with a seat on the bar alone. very recommended and so satisfied it is only the road from us.

this restaurant was really good. the food was fantastic and full of new aromas. especially the garnel and tomatenbrot enjoyed thanks to the team on the market.
The food is exceptional plus excellent value, the service warm and friendly and the ambience relaxing and fun. A lovely place. I would highly recommend it.,
