To the owner: you need to reconsider your management team. They didn’t even bother to walk around and apologize for the delays, let alone offer discounts. Your servers were set up to fail; drinks were excessively delayed, food took nearly two hours to arrive, and the salad bar was empty. We had to continuously ask for plates and water. At this point, I'd prefer to take my business to one of the many other pizza places in the area or just stay in. We had a table set for over ten people, and although our server mentioned that there were many reservations, you would think they would staff accordingly. There was a failure at every level. So.. found this place prior to Hoopfest. My kid was competing. And she has soy and nut allergies. A friend recommended that we try it.It was totally out of my way. But so worth it. I showed up as they were closing early. They graciously took my order, as they were closing their doors. Got a beer for my wait. And they delivered the goods. Back at the hotel we enjoyed some of the best pizza that we've had since Covid! Thank you guys. You have no idea how much we enjoyed it! And next time we're in Spokane. Pizza: tasty! Crust is good and toppings are fresh evenly distributed. Loved the fresh Basil chewy dough.Service is decent. Recent visit included service at the bar which was attentive, friendly and fast (he didn't have a nametag but appeared to be bar manager? . Previous visits had okay service where staff dropped off food and didn't engage or sincerely check on customer satisfaction.Atmosphere: family friendly. Plenty of kiddos and couples with newborns on laps shoulders. Super busy on Fridays and weekend nights.Would visit again but definitely have another local favorites.
I had an excellent experience at Market Street! They offer a fantastic selection of pizzas, and I have to say, it's some of the best pizza I've had in the area. We tried the Soprano and the Hawaii, and both were outstanding. If you're looking for a nice sit-down meal, this is a wonderful option. For vegetarians, there’s a lovely salad bar where you can either enjoy a single salad or go for an all-you-can-eat option. As for kid-friendliness, the games available for both kids and adults mean that no one has to sit at the table or in a booth the entire time. Regarding accessibility, the entrance has a short ramp, and the main area of the restaurant is all on one level, making it easy for everyone to navigate.
I can’t say how much we love our local pizza place! We have been here several times and we are never disappointed! The pizza is amazing! If you want a fresh salad bar this is it! Today we dropped by for some pizza and a couple drinks. Joe is the manager that always recognizes us by name. He assigned Jamie as our server and it was her first day. She gave top notch service and had the best attitude! As always we love it!
Pizza wings were really good. Better than expected. Fun place for the kids to pass the time in the arcade. Sizable beer mugs with decent selection. Cheese curds we’re great. Friendly staff, great pizza! I got a little worried about the full parking lot. Parking on side streets had plenty of spots. When we entered their was no wait time to be seated! Great place with kids arcade area and plenty of seating. Definitely going back.
