Instead of checking on us, the bartender who took our order collected her tips, helped herself to a drink, and sat down with some regulars. Throughout the remainder of her shift, she never once checked on our table. Eventually, a new bartender arrived, set up some bar mats, but also failed to acknowledge us. After nearly 90 minutes, we had to request our tab. We had only ordered a drink each and some cheese curds, so our expectations were not high.

I went to Marko's at 6 PM on a Monday, looking for a quick bite to eat. I ordered a couple of drinks along with a Bacon Cheeseburger for myself, while my partner opted for the 2 Piece Fish and Chips. The bartender offered excellent service, and the drinks were outstanding. The food was remarkable too—definitely the best burger in Roslyn! The fish came in a generous portion and was cooked flawlessly. I'm excited to return to this laid-back local gem in the future. Thank you, Marko's, for a wonderful experience!
I visited this restaurant last November after a disappointing experience with overpriced and subpar food at my father's restaurant in Roslyn. One thing worth mentioning is the live bands they feature—however, I would suggest skipping Goodheart, as they didn't provide value for either the time or the money spent. On a brighter note, the food at this restaurant was quite enjoyable.
Markos Place is my favorite little bar in town—it's the one I visit most often in Roslyn! Though it's quite small, the atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, and the food is delicious! During my stay at Suncadia, which felt like a real food desert, this restaurant was a lifesaver! The pizza was fantastic, and Olie was the perfect person to serve us. I highly recommend this place. A restaurant that provides service until 2 AM in the post-COVID world deserves special recognition. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
