Am 7. Mai 2025 gegen 14:55 Uhr waren wir im Marktkauf einkaufen. Das Restaurant war gut besucht, jedoch war nur eine Kasse geöffnet. Als ich höflich fragte, ob es möglich sei, eine weitere Kasse zu öffnen, erhielt ich von einer Mitarbeiterin (dunkle Haare, Zöpfe, Brille, älter) eine sehr unfreundliche und gereizte Antwort. So etwas geht gar nicht. Bei so vielen Gästen sollte es selbstverständlich sein, ausreichend Personal einzuplanen und vor allem Mitarbeiter an der Kasse zu haben, die die Kunden freundlich und respektvoll behandeln. Besonders enttäuschend war auch das Menü, das nicht den Erwartungen entsprach. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend!
Huge, but extremely narrow aisles in the food area. The arrangement of the goods is completely different than in other supermarkets and therefore the market is extremely confusing. Because drinks (apart from wine and champagne for whatever reason) are separated from each other by the complete, oversized range of non food items, there is definitely no market for people with walking difficulties or those with children... The staff reacted when asked where an item was desired is very irritated and unfriendly which in turn irritated me due to the idiosyncratic sorting in the market. The parking lot is also quite confusing.
CAUTION! the pfand machines will scam you Good as it has a lot of options and variety, though can be expensive and the store layout is a bit awkward Edit: reduced to 1 star because the pfand machines are broken and are saying plastic bottles that I PAID 25c for are only worth 8c. I was shorted over 2€ because of this scam. There is no way to recall the bottles since they are stored immediately and I couldn't even call someone for help. They robbed me all because their machines are broken! What an absolute joke!
You can get pretty much everything here, pleasant shopping atmosphere, clean, only a few checkouts open. The waiting time is therefore far too long. It's not nice when the prices in the cash registers are not updated.

It's just a market purchase, but the staff is very friendly. Especially the nice ladies and gentlemen at the meat counter.
Sehr geräumig. Gutes Sortiment, ähnlich wie bei EDEKA. An den Kassen gibt es oft Wartezeiten.
Man bekommt, was man braucht, aber es ist wirklich sehr teuer geworden.
Alles, was man braucht. Gute und günstige Produkte in großer Auswahl.

Shopping, parking perfect. Toilets not clean. A pity.
