We came for bottomless brunch, but waited 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. We were told that our two-hour limit started from the time of our booking because they needed the table back. Due to the slow service and one of our meals taking over an hour to arrive, we decided not to participate in the bottomless brunch. We had to follow up multiple times and ended up spending nearly 3 hours at the table waiting to pay. The drinks were slow to come, nobody checked in on us to see if we needed anything else, and the food was mediocre. The Buttermilk chicken main dish consisted of only three small pieces the size of goujons, and the pizza was undercooked. Overall, a very strange business...
There were mice running across the kitchen countertops. I was in the back section of the restaurant late at night near the pizza oven when I witnessed mice running around and over the countertops near the plates. I know that where there is food, there are mice, but it was unsettling to see them storing large bags of flour under the pizza oven on the floor, with all the mice running towards it. It was disgusting.
we used the upper bar for a private work function for 60 people and had a great night. the personal would not have more helpful eating (especially pizza doughnuts) was amazing. not in london fields before, but if they visit time run (the cursed of space activity) I would recommend martello hall for their after party.
One of the nicest pizza's I've had. Great selection of wines and brilliant gin offering. Could do with a few other IPA beers but otherwise a decent place to visit. had simply the most amazing fresh large speck sandwich with two fried eggs and homemade chips from this world! my partner had cattle rigue that was hot, had my doubt when I went with the opposite and it now heaving so nice to come to a bar and have amazing food,
come here on a Saturday for the 2 hours floorless cocktail brunch for like 20 quid. I think his only place in london where a dark rum cocktail takes place.
