We were accommodated 5 days in August 2022, all inclusive. The room is fine, since it is quite large, the only fault is that air conditioning was loud and was dropping water by the division that fell to the ground, we called the reception and they told us they would come to fix what they did not. the food is buffet free and the truth was quite cortito, but well acceptable. The staff is fine. What we saw worse from the hotel was the night shows. For example, we were surprised by one that was flamenco and flamenco had nothing. Perhaps for foreigners who do not understand the subject, it is fine. but for Spanish, it is ridiculous.
the hotel is generally fine. the apartments are large, it has several swimming pools and space with lawn in case you stay tumbona. However, the cleaning of the rooms is nonexistent. They only stretch the bed sheets and change the towels. my partner and I spent several days visiting the beaches there and the sand that was accumulating in the room never swept away in the 5 days of stay. On the other hand, the buffet is not bad, although, in my opinion, it lacks variety. the snack that enters with the all-inclusive penoso. the best night show.
Ate here as a change from all inclusive, the food was lovely and they tried to cater for our picky daughter who wanted a garlic bread with Tomato, which wasn’t on the menu. Nothing was too much trouble and when one of our children spilt their drinks they replaced it straight away, which was lovely of them. The decor is not the most modern, nor are the toilets which are downstairs,dated but clean. Overall would come back here again.
I'd have to leave without thanking all the service staff for their attention. especially the waitress called nadia that has been the sky of a person both personal and professional with me and my partner. with people like that.

We came here as it was no 1 and we don’t know why ! The pizza was burnt and favour less and sag bog was no favour and garlic bread was dry ! Service wasn’t great the lady looked unhappy ! I wouldn’t recommend
the rooms are fine but the bathroom smells very bad, we communicate at the reception but they could not do anything the staff and the cheerleaders were super friendly to make you enjoy during the stay
the hotel is large has three swimming pools, shows, games etc. the rooms are large with air conditioning television hairdryer, full bathroom so far all very well
We loved the food great value only 3 euros for a pint of San Miguel ,very friendly helpful staff.would recommend this restaurant/bar great position.
