Martine and his team were perfect this wedding day this year in September 2020. Martine makes a very fine cuisine while remaining greedy. We challenged him to make a vegetarian meal for 120 people and the challenge was met with great, all the guests were conquered and surprised, we also had a lot of very positive comments on the cocktail and brunch. Thank you very much Martine for this refined and elegant cuisine, we loved to attract you. We wish you the best and will order a basket once again in Alsace after the containment. Thanks also to your entire room team!
