Sometimes you luck out on driving down towards the water and find an wonderful meal. Driving from Aix-en-Provence to Carcassone, we stop at Balaruc-Les-Bains because it was half way, lunch time and we wanted to see the Mediterranean. What we found was a local French condo town on the water, blocking most of the view and access with packed townhouse condos or apartments. In town, we stopped at this 2 star hotel, Gastronomic Restaurant an got a superb meal. The lunch menu-fixe was excellent with the fish dishes that melted in the mouth and were perfectly cooked with local fresh seasoning. We met this Monday night to celebrate pauline and joris. A pleasant environment and a wonderful welcome and especially perfect cuisine. Lottery, wolf, mussels and a fabulous duck salmi. Especially don't come if you're not hungry. Again bravo was my first visit but will not be the last. Thank you.
Do not hesitate to leave the beach to discover this restaurant in city center just next to the church. the reception is at the top, as well as the menus with outstanding value (full menu at 22€, entrance, dish, cheese and dessert). The dishes are copied and very well presented. What more?
5 because I don't put 6. friendly and very welcoming restaurant. the frame is beautiful with all these plants in the garden. The kitchen is very good and copyy.The entire team is pleasant. Thank you very much for this good time. I highly recommend.
this beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown will bring you full eyes. sumptuous master house hides a wonderful garden, the welcome is very friendly, everything is perfect.
