went back again lats night and loved it - the food the service and the atmosphere adds to a 100% dining experience.Its popularity has seen the necessity to best phone to reserve a table and whilst the restaurant was fully booked last night the attention to detail and personal service was of the same high standard we enjoyed a few months ago.it is hard work maintaining high standards over an extended period of time but the team at Maruzzella continue to impress and we will be back again soon!
we have just had a fantastic meal at what will be our "new place to eat" in East Perth.there were 4 of us and two had the goat dish - wow - mouthwatering tender pieces all cooked with great taste. The pasta dishes were superb.Excellent service, attention to detail right down to the beautiful Italian cutlery.prices most reasonable.finally there is a family restaurant feeling with great food, excellent service all adding up to a wonderful night out with our friends. We will be back!
While staying in the apartments above this restaurant for a few days, many of my group ate here more than once, as it was such flavoursome food. The atmosphere is busy and friendly, just as you'd expect in an Italian restaurant. The service is very genuine and welcoming. We had the opportunity to sample many of the dishes and every one of them was divine. We had two Italians with us and they said it was genuinely good Italian food and worth spending the money on.
Been there with a group of friend on Goodfriday.We waited one hour for the first course and another hour for the main course.The food was extremely bad. The lamb cutlet overcooked the first courses all that small, but the price been big! We could not even recognice what we had on the plate. The octopus in a brown ugly sauce. Came here on reccomendation.Drinks menu is quite good.Feels like a good familyrestaurant with friendly staff.Staff seemed to be struggling though with a full house.Room echoes badly which leads to a noisy experience.Entrees of squid,mussels andanti pasta were ok but nothing special.Salted fish for mains was quite good but neededmore fish.My wifes steak was very poor.Deserts were good even the cheese and biscuits.
Wir haben beide eine Pizza bestellt, hatten keine grosse Erwartung und wurden mit einer extrem feinen Pizza überrascht. Die Pizzen waren einfach super lecker - schmeckten wie in Italien.Da die Pizzen so lecker waren, bestellten wir noch Desserts, diese haben uns auch nicht enttäuscht waren auch sehr lecker! Das Marizzella können wir wärmstens empfehlen.
We tried the specials on offer that night. The food was superb, probably some of the best Italian I've experienced. Well trained, attentive wait staff without being intrusive. If I lived in Perth, this would be my Italian restaurant of choice, but even as a visitor, I intend to be back. Well done Maruzzella staff and chef/s.
OMG!!!!! Amaziiiiiiiiing food! Incredible Ravioli and Canelloni..... great desserts too..... the beers were super nice. The waiter and waitress were very friendly and helpfull. Food was ok - if a little pricey...The killer for this place is that it is so noisy...no chance of a nice dinner when the volume level is so loud...every voice echoes so you almost need to shout to talk to the person opposite you...which makes it worseAdd some pretty poor service Don't bother
