We just finished our late meal at this location! The absolutely wonderful girl that took our order was amazing! We brought our cranky, tired babies in with us, and right away she gave her undivided attention to my 1.5 year old daughter in between her regular work duties. She went above and beyond for us, and this was the BEST Mary Brown experience and food by far! She treated us like we were dining at a Gourmet expensive restaurant. I think her name was Madison? I’m regretful that I can’t remember. Who ever was on front end tonight (May 13/23) deserves a raise! Keep this employee, she’s a great asset!Kid-friendliness: The cashier was ABSOLUTELY ANAZING!
This was my first visit to Mary Brown's Chicken, and I was thoroughly impressed! The service was exceptionally helpful and quick. The cashier greeted us with a warm smile and courteously answered all our questions, making us feel right at home. I noticed that both staff members worked diligently to keep the diner clean after customers left, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and wow, everything was hot and delicious! The restrooms were easily accessible and very clean as well. If you’re passing through, I highly recommend stopping in to enjoy some tasty food!
I generally like Mary Brown's food and I used to go to this location often. Today, I went through the drive-through and to no one's fault other than my own, I missed the ordering window due to a crying infant in the back seat. I guess I was hoping that somebody would just take my order at the pickup but instead, I was greeted with a smile and told me to go around again and order. Yes, that's exactly what I'm going to do. Go around and line up behind an additional 5 cars with a crying baby... Have a little empathy. No, I will no longer go to this store for food. The service isn't worth the hassle.
I've been ordering from this restaurant for a couple of months now, and I've never been disappointed. The chicken always tastes fresh, and the prices are reasonable. Today, I requested a couple of extra packets of ketchup, and they sent me 10! This is definitely the best place to order fried chicken. 5 stars! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Big location and visible from street so was easy to locate upon entering plaza. Staff was kind and order was fresh and compared to other locations this one was very organized and had the food ready in reasonable time. I like that they offer a drive thru as well for convenience.
I enjoy this restaurant. The staff and management are excellent. However, I can no longer dine here because the chicken is no longer Halal—please check Mary Brown's website to verify this. The other locations in the area still offer Halal options.
Just picked up a late night meal and the young lady that took our order at the drive through and presented us our meal was soo amicable! A nice chat later and dinners ready! from the girl. Definitely put a smile on our faces!
To say this place is grimey, would be an understatement. Everything is sticky and not cleaned and the washrooms are disgusting. For a newer establishment, this place lacks the care that it needs. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This Mary Brown's location is fantastic! There's plenty of seating, and the cleanliness is well maintained. The chicken is always delicious! Dietary note: all the chicken served here is Halal.
