I hate to leave a bad review, but I want to be honest. My original bakery canceled on me 48 hours before my event. I was reffered to this bakery and thrilled they could make my cake within 24 hours. The customer service was awesome. I picked up my cake and was truly disappointed. They rushed to place it in a box so that I couldn't see how badly they messed up until I got home. 1. My cake is lop sided. 2. They completed messed up the cake underneath the cap. I had to buy frosting last minute to try and fix it. 3. Two types of textures. Half is smooth the rest is rough. I have been a client of Marys Cake Shop for over 10 years now. I have ordered many cakes and pastries from them. Love their work. When I bring my hen a photo; They always go above and beyond my expectations. What I appreciate the most is at times I have a last minute order and they do their best to accommodate. And her cakes are always made fresh. Love the marble and raspberry cake. It's not too sweet and a crowd favorite. Thank you Marys Cake Shop!!
I 'd give them 3 1/2 stars if I could. The cake flavoring is actually good. . . The saddening part about this deal is the crooked 1 and the trimming decorations are also a little eh. I hope it won 't be obvious in the photos but we will see. I paid $95 for this cake and honestly I should have just gone with one of the cakes that are already pre-made and available for $35!

The cake for the first communion turned out quite well, closely resembling what I requested. Although the rosary decoration was non-edible, we were happy to keep it. They assured me they would do their best to match the picture I provided, and they succeeded. I found the cake to be delicious and will definitely order again in the future.
I ordered a birthday cake for my mom was chocolate with fresh strawberries in the center with butter cream it was $55 but $5 extra for fresh strawberries kind of expensive. It's a tall lavender cake with gold writing honestly not really worth it. The cake is all slanted yes it's cut but it was slanted when I got it it was falling.
They made a birthday cake for me very last minute. I picked it up on the 31st for a dinner party on Jan 2nd and it was still delicious. I was worried it wouldn't taste right but it was very good. I sent them a reference picture and it matched what I wanted. Totally worth the drive to HP.
They are disrespectful and unprofessional. I was also blocked for leaving a comment saying the cake didn’t come out how we planned it to. Didn’t take into consideration of how I felt about the cakes outcome.

Lovedddddd my cake!! It was amazing and it tasted amazing. Got so many compliments. Mary's cake shop did an amazing job.
