I’ve visited Mary’s in both Speonk and Islip Terrace multiple times. In my opinion, the service and food at the Speonk location are significantly better, making the drive worthwhile. The atmosphere in Speonk is more pleasant, and the staff is professional and capable. I ordered the same meal at both locations, and the Speonk location stood out as superior based on my experience. While I enjoy dining at Mary’s, I definitely prefer the Speonk location. The extra travel is well worth it.
I visited for pasta night and found an excellent deal on Mondays and Tuesdays. The Caesar salad was very flavorful, and the portions were generous. The food overall was delicious, and the bread basket was a pleasant surprise—it was actually quite tasty. I would definitely return. Our group ordered baked ziti, lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, and chicken Caesar salad, and everyone was satisfied with their choices. I’d rate it a solid 3.5 stars.
If you like grandma style pizza they make the best around in my opinion. I absolutely love their grandma with vodka sauce, as well as regular. Thai chicken slice is also amazing.
