Séjour exceptionnel ! Un enchantement du début à la fin ! Tout d’abord, le domaine en lui-même, est juste magnifique. Bâtisse typique provençale, charme de l’ancien mêlé à un mobilier moderne. Le parc est très bien entretenu, mais garde son côté « nature sauvage ». La piscine est splendide, ses abords sont soignés. Les chambres sont décorées dans un style provençal, la superficie est correcte, juste petit bémol pour la salle de bain (vraiment pas assez de lumière), et le sytème de pommeau de douche n’est pas hyper pratique. La literie est excellente. Et alors le plus marquant, l’accueil et le service. Juste incroyable. Le personnel est à votre disposition, mais très discret. D’une sympathie...
An exceptional stay! An enchantment from beginning to end! First, the domain in itself is just beautiful. Typical Provençal building, charm of the old mingled with modern furniture. The park is very well maintained, but keeps its "savage nature" side. The pool is splendid, its surroundings are neat. The rooms are decorated in a Provencal style, the area is correct, just small flat for the bathroom (really not enough light), and the shower head system is not very practical. The bedding is excellent. And then the most striking, the welcome and the service. Just amazing. The staff is at your disposal, but very discreet. The hotel is in great need of renovation. We were shocked by what we saw in the shower. Unworthy of a 5 star hotel in St. Tropez. My wife is heavily pregnant and had to sleep next to a shower where the ceiling was rotten and moldy. Unfortunately it was not possible to change the room, we were told it was fully booked. Cancellation would no longer be possible and the amount for the booking has already been debited from the credit card. For a family and child-friendly country like France, unworthy.
