First let me say the sushi is good. I won’t discredit that they have good sushi, however the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I came in with my son who had a doctors appointment for a broken collar bone and I wanted to cheer him up with a nice lunch. I ordered us some sushi and placed an order to go. They messed up the entire order and then stood around talking in their language while laughing and staring at us. You guys had 1 job .. couple of rolls for the table and couple of rolls to go. I've visited this restaurant several times, but my recent experience was disappointing. When I arrived, I was not acknowledged at all. After about five minutes, I had to call out to a woman who was busy in the back, and she seemed quite annoyed by my interruption. I ordered the veggie roll lunch special, but she charged me for regular rolls instead. While the price difference wasn't significant, it felt like a matter of principle. The soup was also half the size it used to be, and the rolls were poorly made and falling apart. Overall, I'm not impressed. I’d rather spend an extra $2 at a different sushi place.
I have always found the food to be of very good quality. They are very consistent in whatever they prepare. Food is ready on time. However, on a recent visit I was very disappointed in one of the four dishes that we ordered. We ordered a fried calamari appetizer and very few pieces were included given the price of the appetizer. Additionally, the presentation was quite poor. For this reason I am dropping my rating one star.
Called in a pick-up order yesterday. They answered the phone in a timely manner and the food was ready when I arrived for pick-up overall positive ordering and customer service experience. However when I got home I was really disappointed, the food was bland and really had no flavor. This used to be a good place with reasonable prices, I had not been there in while but will not be back.

Ordered chicken teriyaki yesterday, took the left overs home. It was in the fridge all day, I opened it to heat it up and the onions were moldy! How could that happened in 15 hours?
Ordered via door dash. After 40 minutes of waiting the order was cancelled. Tried calling the place but nobody answered the phone. Now we have order elsewhere. Thanks Masa
Used to be a family favorite until the change of ownership during covid. Better potions are available nearby or a little further out in neighboring towns.
Delicious food and great value! Half price sushi all the time. And very fast table service.
