I don't know how it can be, but it's incomprehensible, it's obviously stealing. Already no delivery if the order does not exceed 30€. We are in Goussainville in the same commune less than a kilometer from lol. In short The order was made on the internet at 8pm with an expected delivery time one hour later at 9pm and a CB proposal on the site. Très mauvais service commandé la nourriture n'a pas été livrée du tout. Ils ont fermé le restaurant sans livrer la nourriture. (Avis d'origine) Very bad service ordered the food n was not delivered at all. They closed the restaurant without supplying the food.
