My partner and I just moved to the area and were searching for authentic Indian cuisine. We ordered the Chicken 65 for an appetizer. My partner ordered chicken biryani and I ordered chicken korma. The dishes were savory and delicious. I had enough for lunch the next day. We are looking forward to going back to try something more spicy. The server was thoughtful in ensuring I was not served anything with citrus, due to an allergy. Great food and service. I had another fantastic dining experience at Masala! Conveniently situated near popular shopping centers on Bald Hill Road in West Warwick, RI, this restaurant is definitely worth the drive, even from farther away. Whether dining in, as we did, or opting for takeout, the food is exceptional and freshly prepared. The delightful aromas and spices are perfectly blended in both Indian and Pakistani traditional dishes, making the trip from North Providence well worth it! The service is friendly and incredibly attentive; I’m confident Sahara will ensure you have a great experience too. Don’t miss this local gem!
Just tried masala for the first time. First of all, it’s HALAL what a pleasant surprise, better quality meat for everyone. Service was great, called in to put an order, they were quick and when I went to pick up they were very friendly. Had the samosa chaat, absolutely delicious and a huge portion. Cheese naan is good, honey ginger naan was great. Chana saag was probably my favorite dish, and the chicken tikka masala was delicious as well. Grabbed a mango lassi also, first time have one and it was great. So glad to have found this great restaurant!
Last visited on Father's Day. Our server was OUTSTANDING. She was very personable and remembered my family from past times we ate there. She knew EVERYTHING about the menu and was able to make great suggestions. The food is very fresh and the portion sizes are great. Never worry about not ordering enough food. I visited for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, and the hospitality was outstanding. The young female waitress was incredibly knowledgeable and showed great enthusiasm for her work, which made choosing our meals a breeze. The staff here is incredibly friendly! The lamb kabab was delicious, the chicken kabab was fantastic, and the butter chicken paired with garlic bread was delightful. This place is truly fantastic!
