this indian has only been open for a few months.you could walk past it easily as it is just off the main road just behind amsterdam cafe bar. any body coming to villamoura especially if you stay in old village you must give it a try. i have come to villamoura on numerous occasions and used all the indians down the marina this is certainly the best.the young lady (ANJALI) who owns it cant do enough for you she is very pleasant with a lot of desire to please her customers. every thing is cooked fresh and the smell of the spices is awesome.i had chicken madras three times in a week and my wife butter chicken and each time food cooked to perfection and so tastefull.washed down with a few large c...

In a quiet part of town apx 10 min walk from Villamoura Marina, seconds from Amsterdam Cafe (A'Cafe was excellent and cheap, local night worker/Taxi driver spot, football on Tele etc). Read the reviews re Massala Maarke and thought must try. I wasn't sure on wow factor given all rave reviews (with respect) were from folk that had previously posted very little nor appeared to travel extensively. Service was excellent, starters such as Samosa were meaty but dry and bland. Main didn't really hit the mark, quality was fine but quiet tame and lacking in authentic flavors. Didn't quite hit the mark for me. My previous landmarks in terms of curry standards Chutney Ivy (Leicester), Mumtaz (Bradford)...

We were on vacation in the area with friends and decided to try Masala Maarke for dinner in part because it was near and convenient to our hotel, but also because all four of us love good Vegetarian Indian food. We're very happy we did as we enjoyed the food and staff so much we ate here 2 out of the 4 nights of our stay. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. We highly recommend this place and will stop in again on our next visit.

Espaço semi intismista e agradável. Staff simpático e caloroso sem descurar na eficiência. As entradas estavam óptimas, de destacar o vegetable pakoda e o molho de manga. I visit Vilamoura every 3 months and this the best Indian restaurant for all reasons ,service ,food and attention every small detail.It is a 5 minutes walk from the marina but its worth that walk and its near the very famous Amsterdam cafe ,Spar supermarket and the Santander bank.Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.
