in the restaurant of the mask we offer two menus: masked (30 euros) and suletina (37 euros). We chose the latter, since it has more entrance and the first one seemed short. We have cured ham and loin, tasting of different sausages, duck, ham croquettes, bacon with truffle, pepper papacy, lemon skin, panceta with garbanzo lagarto and roasted gorrín. For dessert, we chose pantxineta and cuajada. everything was very good, highlighting the tasting of sausages, bacon, papada and gorrín. what didn't bring us is that the ham was machine cut instead of a knife and that some dishes were very small. In addition, they charged us with water and bread apart, a little ugly, as if the menu price increased...

Pedimos el menú suletin y todos los platos eran muy buenos. un menú degustación muy completo y delicioso. el sitio también es muy cuidadoso y la atención es muy buena. Lo único que no encajaba en mí era la música ambiente que no sé si era la radio o se notifica en la versión gratuita y de repente escuchaste anuncios como si estuvieras en el peluquero. Creo que se ocupan mucho de los detalles con la comida o la estética del restaurante y este detalle no coincide con todo eso. de otra manera espectacular, para volver. también tienen la venta de productos allí y por lo que puede probarlo en casa.

el restaurante tiene una decoración sencilla y hermosa, muy agradable a la vista. en la entrada de una tienda donde pedir o comprar cerdo de txerria euskal, y dos menús degustación compuestos hasta el mínimo detalle. Tomamos el suletin.
Increíble el tratamiento de todos los empleados. La atención de amaia era perfecta, al salir del restaurante tienen una pequeña tienda y al comprar un par de productos tenía el detalle de darme un pate. Espero volver pronto.
Excelente! Todo lo que pedimos estaba riquísimo! El jamon, los pimientos, y el gorrin… sin palabras. La única pega fue el culant, que estaba demasiado hecho y no caía el líquido, además no lo ponen con helado.
