This time it took 1hour 40 to have our starters, just under two hours to receive mains. Partner had to go top up car parking, my blood sugars were really struggling. Table was booked for 730 new-year eve which we booked weeks in advance we arrived in plenty of time for our booking which was 730 we waited after 5 minutes a gentleman asked if we had a booking we said yes he then checked his list and booked us in then said we will sort your table immediately after 10 minutes waiting they say 2 walk in tables and at 745 a couple walked in for there booking they where seated straight away the gentleman ignored and my wife who had been waited to be seated he then continued to seat others and did everything to ignore us which is completely unacceptable to be told that we will seat you then ignore you the customer service is shocking I'll rephrase that WHAT cust...
I visited this restaurant tonight for a family birthday celebration, and it was my first time here. The menu had a great variety of dishes to choose from, which made it difficult to decide. The food was absolutely delicious, served piping hot and bursting with flavor. The staff were helpful, attentive, and happy to assist, creating a great and friendly atmosphere. They made my dad's birthday very special! I can't wait to come back to this hidden gem! I highly recommend it. Thank you, Massalla Lounge.
After receiving recommendations from friends and seeing their excellent Trip Advisor score, we decided to visit Massalla Lounge. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious, the portions were large, the staff was friendly and attentive, and it was a great night out. We will definitely be returning soon.

The staff are super friendly and did a combo meal not on menu just for me. They gave us complementary drinks and sweets with ice cream. We paid more than we would at our regular restaurant but overall, an enjoyable experience.
The staff at this restaurant were excellent, providing top-notch service. The food was delicious and the complimentary mints were a nice touch. Overall, the service was exceptional and I would definitely recommend this place.
A beautiful curry that I would recommend to anyone. The staff were lovely and they catered to all of my needs. If you are in Worcester and are looking for a curry look nowhere else.
