Went in to enjoy some nice Indian food since we are new to the city. But the experience turned out to be worst ever. Went in, got seated and there it started, the staff isn't attentive at all ! They took ages to give us the drinks that we ordered. The waiter came to take out food order didn't even write anything while we were giving order for 5 people. We ordered 2 butter chicken and two other main courses since we weren't gonna eat much. The waiter confirmed the order in front of all of us.. it took them forever to get the food ready. I picked up an order spent over 50 dollars on food that was barely enough for two ppl.9 dollars for 3 pieces of naan bread.I called because I thought we were missing food because the lack of any.The manager who I spoke wirh was very cold and rude and even chided me for mispronouncing a menu item.I will never ever eat there again.I can't belive this place is still open.Word of mouth is key I will tell every person I know to stay very far away from this place.Food was ok but attitude and price was horrible.
Not recommended for Buffet, Very less selections, Once the container is empty it takes a while to be refilled, The lunch close at 2.30, But you are told at 2.15 that we don;t have any more desert.. Not at all value for money..Staff on duty lacks professionalism. I went there for dinner it was good
We always go to Massey's for our fix of Indian food, it is always consistently good, for some reason it is never really busy, although I know they do a lot of take out. Service is always great. Massey's is not only the top Indian restaurant in London, but also one of the best in Ontario. I highly recommend trying the Tandoori fish in the combo plate, and the okra is outstanding. It is a fantastic restaurant, perfect for dinner, although the buffet lunch is also amazing.
I would give this place a 5 star rating for food, but only gave it 4 due to the ambiance of the place (open space). The food is outstanding - each and every time I have been. It is authentic Indian cuisine! Service has always been great and I know we will go back again!
Massey's has an extensive menu with lots of choices. The food was served fairly quickly and was hot and tasty. The restrauant atmosphere is quiet and decorated in relaxing shades of grey with plenty of open space.

New Year's Eve would not be the same without Indian food and Massey's was a great choice. Great spicy dishes that gave you a lasting taste experience.
