We were recommended this restaurant by a local business owner so were keen to try! I tried to email booking, but didn’t get a response so we decided to try our luck. I was greeted with a do you have a booking? To which I said no but we tried. The host said he could fit us in, but we only had one hour (which he yelled at me! . Ok fine we said we’ll be quick. What followed was the rudest treatment I’ve experienced in a restaurant for awhile and very average pizza. Our waitress was lovely, but the main host guy was rude and not nice to us at all as he assumed we were dumb tourists. Which yes, we probably are, but we do actually understand French and aren’t complete idiots. He was not happy that...
Amazing food! Located on a little side street in Roquebrune Cap Martin, you can tell by how busy it is that it’s not going to disappoint! Staff are friendly and service was great. We enjoyed some pastas and desserts, wine and some lovely limoncello digestif. If we had more time we would have gone back a second night. Call or email for reservations as it’s pretty busy.
From here we enjoyed our evening in this real Italian restaurant. We really feel at home, there is a warm and family atmosphere. The kitchen is simple and very tasteful.
