Despite making a reservation with a request to be seated in a quiet place we were led to a table between tables with lots of people yet the place seemed 8o% empty. We then requested the empty end table but were told it was set for a party of five. Imagine my disappointment when two people were then seated at the 'alleged ' table for 5 just after we sat down. A pure level of disrespect when there are many other fine newer steak houses all around. The next day the restaurant called me to say thank you. I told them nicely how we felt. The manager who clearly wasn 't listening, responded, oh no need to apologize ! Seriously? Whether a tourist, a billionaire or someone using savings to take someo...
Not bad, but definitely not the best high-end steakhouse we've tried. All three of us ordered the bone-in rib eye, medium rare. The steaks were tender and very well cooked, but its not as flavorful compared to other steaks that we have tried on other high-end steakhouses. We had to ask for a steak sauce to help add flavor to our steak. Everything else were great: the appetizers, desserts...Service was outstanding, as well. Bottom line, for around the same price, I could name at least three high-end steakhouses that I would rather go in the future. Of course, everything that I wrote down is my personal opinion, based on my own personal experience.
We didn't have a reservation and were looking for a place to eat, so we decided to check out the restaurant across the street from our hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and we ended up sitting at the bar. Dustin makes the most amazing drinks! His service as both a bartender and server is outstanding. The food is consistently top-notch. You absolutely have to come here! The portions are so generous that they could easily feed six people. The ribeye steak is incredible, and you can't miss the sautéed shrimp—it’s a must-try! It tastes even better than the Las Vegas location.
Came for a drink, stayed for some apps. There's always a live pianist, typically singing Norah Jones, so great ambiance with dim lighting. Sat at the bar and the bartender was kind and attentive, hefty pour on a GG martini with blue chz olives, left the shaker. Always get the bread service! Portions were great sizes. Wedge was delicious, super balanced with lots of bacon. Mac was great with the baked cheese. Veggie roll was asparagus with avo and daikon. Heirlooms were rich and fat in size.

Yah just like all the other mastros. 4/5. the average on this is a 3/5. Reading the reviews that wasn't my experience. Some compare to non chain steak places so that's not on the same playing field. I like steak; I like wine; I like dark noisey places; most of all I like the people I bring and have a few too many so take it for what it's worth. I'd come back.
I would like to thank the restaurant for providing an unforgettable dining experience. The steak was cooked exactly as I requested and it was absolutely delicious! The service was exceptional, making me feel like a VIP guest.
was my birthday and my entrée was so salty the first time and the second time it was with very fat and greasy for the price. we cam another times and the food was excellent but today they were not owned.
Food was amazing, the ambience was really nice we had an amazing window view. The drinks we had were also amazing

Amazing!! Will you leave spending hundreds of dollars a person? Yes. Is it worth it? Also yes.
