Matt's fish market has been around for ages . There fish to me is mid average . Prices are ok and the location is not the best and parking in the rear very small maybe three cars. Use to be heavy foot traffic not anymore always empty .I miss the days when you can go in these fish markets and you see some brothers cooking lol nine time out of ten you know it's gonna be fire and the sides are gonna be cool because Betty done put her foot in it lo l no shade to anybody .
I found my chicken to be somewhat freezer burnt, and the meat inside looked dark, which was quite disappointing. I really dislike when restaurants say you’ll get six wings but instead serve them cut in half to make it look like more. This also applies to fish dishes—why not serve what you’re advertising? I ordered six wings, and that’s what I expected to receive, not three wings sliced in half. Overall, it was very disappointing.
I purchased some fish from Matt's Fish Market, and it was not good at all. It had a strong odor, and the taste was really unpleasant. I feel like I wasted forty dollars. I only gave it 2 stars because it was fried.
This is always my go to place for me. I order the catfish but I prefer Buffalo and wish they had more of that, but I can say that every time I go, the fish is always cooked right and seasoned well. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Today, August 26, 2023, was much better! I’d say the food, taste, and quality are back to about 90%. It's still a little oily, but the flavor was definitely improved compared to my last visit.
The fish and oysters are so good. I bring my ice chest along and drive it back Vegas and feast. The staff is very helpful and nice. Thxs
