But this time, I literally had to cancel my order due to an understandable mistake and a horrible customer service by one of the managers working there. The cashier looked fairly new and probably was still learning, so it 's not on him. I ordered my food to take out and waited while using my phone. My wife and I are huge fans of Hawaiian BBQ, and we typically order the chicken katsu. I really enjoyed it, but my wife felt that the katsu sauce tasted more like standard BBQ sauce compared to other places we've been. Nonetheless, the food was well-prepared, and the service was outstanding. I also appreciated that the sauces were self-serve, allowing us to take as much as we wanted.

The portions are large and the prices reflect that. For what I paid I could have had half the amount of food and paid less and been 100% happy.
