This restaurant truly exceeded my expectations! It’s not your typical diner. It’s a cozy and clean spot located right next to the railroad tracks, and it has plenty of charm. The food is outstanding, from the children’s meals to the burgers and chicken. Every aspect of our experience was perfect from beginning to end. We will definitely return if we’re in the area again!
The burgers at this place are absolutely delicious! I tried the bacon ultimatum, and it was bursting with flavor. The bread is light and fluffy, while the lettuce and tomato are incredibly fresh. I also highly recommend the garlic parmesan French fries—they're fantastic! Additionally, they offer a great selection of beers and non-alcoholic drinks.
The food was absolutely delicious! The portions are generous, and the Beermister burger was one of the best I've ever had. My son really enjoyed the teriyaki chicken sandwich as well. The service was excellent, and we sat outside, taking in the lovely weather while listening to the trains go by. I will definitely return when I'm in town again!
Typically, when I spend over $9 on a cheeseburger, I end up feeling disappointed. But not this time! The food here was exceptional! Our waitress was really friendly and attentive. The burger was good and prepared exactly as we requested. The service was fantastic, and we all had a great time. However, the burger portion was somewhat smaller than expected considering the price. On the plus side, the fried pickles were delicious, and the black and white malted drink was excellent as well.
Great place near the train station with plenty of parking and very welcoming staff. I’ve visited twice around the same time and the food has been excellent. A thick burger, side salad, and malted milkshake make for a tasty meal at a fair price, including tip.
Maverick Jack's is my go-to spot for bringing friends and family to enjoy a delicious burger. The outdoor seating area is cozy and inviting, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoy their tater tots and milkshakes.
