I was shopping at Joondalup yesterday and as is usually the case, forgot about lunch till the hunger pangs started niggling around 2pm. I made a beeline for Maya Masala in the downstairs food court and was happy to find my old favourite, chicken kati roll on the menu.
It's usually about a 10 minute wait for this which is a good sign that it's freshly prepared. It's a giant of a meal, with spicy chicken, fried onions and capsicum wrapped in a massive roti paratha. It's always messy to eat, so I end up opening the kati roll and eating it with a knife and fork. I'm hopeless with these big rolled up concoctions and always make a mess of things!

Worst Indian food you can ever have. My wife and I had
thali with two naans on last Thursday, the naans were so hard to eat. Food was
disgusting. The staff was so rude. When I talked to give feedback, they didn’t
even respond properly, total waste of money…. Tjos was the third experience and
I will never visit them again…

I would give it below 1 rating..!! Firstly the customer service from the man who is at the counter is very snobbish.. he just gave us a no smile and attitude with a " i don't care if you buy" sort of attitude. The food when we ate it, we could not even pull apart a piece of naan as it was so rubbery and the butter chicken was soo sweet!! I could taste the sugar in it.. I have never ever had sweet butter chicken in my life! Was so disappointed!! I hope they shut down cause they were all together a horrible experience.

Ich würde es unter 1 Bewertung geben .. !! Erstens ist der Kundendienst vom Mann, der an der Theke ist, sehr snobistisch. Das Essen, in dem wir es gegessen haben, konnten wir nicht einmal ein Stück Naan auseinander ziehen, da es so gummiartig war und das Butterhuhn war so süß !! Ich konnte den Zucker dabei schmecken. Ich hatte noch nie süßes Butterhuhn in meinem Leben! War so enttäuscht !! Ich hoffe, sie haben den Mund geschlossen, weil sie alle eine schreckliche Erfahrung zusammen waren. Kummer

Ja, ich habe auch an anderen Franchises gegessen, wo der Service und das Essen jedoch großartig waren! Gleiche Situation mit mir, verhungern und gut der Service war erbärmlich. Die Plattierung sah eher aus wie ein Kuhhaufen. Mein Sohn bestellte Tandoori-Huhn, das nicht nur trocken war, sondern nicht nur trockener, aber praktisch standvoller. Sie sollten dieses Gelenk schließen. Personal ist das Curry aus einem Glas besser, was bedeutet, dass ich einen besseren Curry zu Hause kochen könnte!
Yeah, I have eaten at other franchises too where the service and food was great However! same situation with me, starving and well the service was pathetic.The plating looked more like a cow pile.My son ordered tandoori chicken which was not only dry but virtually upalatable.Very poor service, steer well clear peeps! They should close this joint.Personally the curry out of a jar is better, meaning i could cook a better curry at home!
