We had a wonderful evening and the food service was excellent! However, I really struggled to hear the person sitting across from me because the music was incredibly loud. I don't understand why restaurants feel the need to play music at such a high volume. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning due to the excessive noise level.
The food was delicious the service was awful. We were sat at our table and waited 10 minutes to be given menus. We finally asked for menus, server told us their was a qr code for menus on the side of the cutlery container on the table (which was turned towards the wall out of view). They the
Our group had a great time at Maybe Frank. Staff were very friendly and efficient helping the kids and adults with their table, drinks and food order. Food came pretty quick and was great. Not small servings even with the kid options so we had boxes to take home for all..

Had to wait outside with kids in a cold for 20 mins. Because our table wasn’t ready. The staff had lied to us. We came on time she told us we have to wait just 5 mins.
Frank's might just be a little slice of Italy in Randwick. The staff are wonderful, the pizza is delicious, and the atmosphere is vibrant.
Amazing pizza, I'd say one of my favourite ones in Sydney!!! Staff was great, giving us recommendations and being very welcoming.
