Every time I order it's a different kind of negligence, this is absurd for me as a customer, something is always missing, the wrong snack (I request an exchange and it's wrong again), it takes a long time to deliver, I order something through the link that they give me to do it themselves orders and they claim that I made the wrong order and I order from the options they give! Total disregard for me as a customer! I'm sad because I like the snacks, but the service is terrible!!!!
